Duration: The course consists of 3 classes, each lasting approximately 3 hours.

Support: Active WhatsApp group during the training.
Homework: During the course, you will need to do daily homework.
Mentoring: Additionally, one month after completing Level I, mentoring will be offered to resolve any questions or inquiries.
